Even though Ilya killed shirou twice in a bad ending in the most horrific ways (like bending his legs to the different sides,using magic to keep him alive as she destroyed his body from down upwards) I still felt bad for this version of her even though I was rooting for gil because of his line "nowadays there are more people than dreams, back in my day even a slave had a purpose in life and that's why I have to destroy humanity and start all over again" or something like that
But Ilya wasn't technically human and he didn't mercifully kill her but instead did it in a very painful horrible way

Ou-sama is strong enough that he could've ripped Illya's heart out while she was alive, but was kind enough to kill her first, and before that blind her first so she wouldnt have to see that her life was about to end…
He didn't have to do those 2 extra things… but did. Still not nice of him overall, but I feel like this was his own way of trying to be kind while doing something (that he knows is) cruel.
And then theres the memory of Enkidu that Illya's very existence probably evokes…
